Shipping Policy 

  • Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • All veils and headpieces are handmade to order. Made to order items ship within 4-8 weeks. 
  • All other items will ship within 2-5 business days (M-F). 
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Returns

At Johari we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date. 

  • Return must be requested within 14 days of the item delivery date.
  • Returned items must have any tags still on and be in its original packaging.
  • Items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
After submitting the return request, you will receive an email with return instructions. Confirmation will be sent once we receive the item. We will then inspect the item and send you an additional email confirming the approval of the return. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse returns that are not found in their original condition once inspected.

Custom Orders

There are no returns or refunds on custom ordered items. All sales are final.
